Klaster region\u00e1lneho rozvoja sa z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed na 2. N\u00e1rodnej klastrovej konferencii, ktor\u00e1 je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm podujat\u00edm zameran\u00fdm na inov\u00e1cie a posil\u0148ovanie spolupr\u00e1ce medzi klastrami. Konferencia predstavuje platformu pre odborn\u00edkov a l\u00eddrov z r\u00f4znych sektorov, aby spolo\u010dne diskutovali o najnov\u0161\u00edch trendoch, v\u00fdzvach a pr\u00edle\u017eitostiach v oblasti region\u00e1lneho rozvoja. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci sa m\u00f4\u017eu te\u0161i\u0165 na s\u00e9riu workshopov, predn\u00e1\u0161ok a panelov\u00fdch diskusi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 im poskytn\u00fa hlb\u0161ie pochopenie o tom, ako efekt\u00edvne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 inov\u00e1cie pre rast a udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj ich regi\u00f3nov.         The primary goal of Clusters Go International under the COSME program was to enhance collaboration between clusters and business networks beyond borders and sectors. This initiative aimed to support the formation of European Strategic Cluster Partnerships, leading international cooperation in strategically significant fields beyond Europe. The focus was on aiding SMEs in accessing global value chains and fostering long-term partnerships in third countries.
        As we consider whether to repeat this approach, the crucial question arises: Should we continue supporting clusters\u00b4 internationalisation helping their member to go international, or is it time to explore alternative strategies that will be focusing on SMEs directly? What insights can we gain from the experiences in Korea, Poland or Ukraine?\u00a0<\/p>\n

          The unprecedented growth of the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector, coupled with the recent surge in AI applications, has hastened dramatic changes in societies\u00a0
          and global employment trends. The integration of ICTs into innovation systems has provenpivotal for enhancing the overall competitiveness of economic regions and national economies. How can we leverage ICT for regional development, and what role does AI play in this context?
          To address these questions, a framework-guidance tool has been developed. This tool can formulate scenarios for regional development and enhance regional innovation systems. The model was implemented in an Austrian region, and the findings underscore the significance of smart technologies and AI in driving regional development.<\/p>\n
