Ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u00fdchto projektov predstavuje jedine\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 pre rozvoj a spolupr\u00e1cu na medzin\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni a s\u00fa zameran\u00e9 na r\u00f4zne k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 oblasti \u2013 od podpory talentu a spolupr\u00e1ce v organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch a\u017e po fyzick\u00fa aktivitu spojen\u00fa s ochranou \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a podporu du\u0161evn\u00e9ho zdravia star\u0161\u00edch dospel\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prv\u00fd projekt ktor\u00fd sme pripravili sa zaober\u00e1 transform\u00e1ciou pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia prostredn\u00edctvom digit\u00e1lnej platformy, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje lep\u0161iu spolupr\u00e1cu a podporu talentov v r\u00e1mci organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed. Partnerstvo v tomto projekte tvoria krajiny ako Slovensko, Gr\u00e9cko a \u0160panielsko, \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdmenu osved\u010den\u00fdch postupov a sk\u00fasenost\u00ed naprie\u010d Eur\u00f3pou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00fd projekt, do ktor\u00e9ho sme sa zapojili, Fit4Change, je inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup, ktor\u00fd kombinuje telesn\u00fa aktivitu s ochranou \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci sa zap\u00e1jaj\u00fa do ploggingu \u2013 zberu odpadkov po\u010das behu alebo ch\u00f4dze, \u010d\u00edm prispievaj\u00fa k \u010distej\u0161iemu a zdrav\u0161iemu \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu. Tento projekt sp\u00e1ja organiz\u00e1cie zo \u0160panielska, Portugalska a Slovenska a sna\u017e\u00ed sa vytvori\u0165 siln\u00fa komunitu \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa zaviazan\u00ed k zmene \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu v prospech plan\u00e9ty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tret\u00edm projektom, na ktor\u00e9ho pr\u00edprave sa akt\u00edvne podie\u013eame s na\u0161\u00edm \u010dlenom, Mikroregi\u00f3nom11+, je CARES-Volunteers, ktor\u00fd sa zameriava na zlep\u0161enie du\u0161evn\u00e9ho zdravia a pohody star\u0161\u00edch dospel\u00fdch prostredn\u00edctvom dobrovo\u013en\u00edckej pr\u00e1ce. Spolupr\u00e1ca medzi Slovenskom, \u0160panielskom, Holandskom a \u010ceskou republikou prin\u00e1\u0161a nov\u00e9 perspekt\u00edvy a pr\u00edstupy k podpore star\u0161\u00edch \u013eud\u00ed, umo\u017e\u0148uje im zapoji\u0165 sa do spolo\u010dnosti a c\u00edti\u0165 sa hodnotne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u00fdchto pripravovan\u00fdch projektov odr\u00e1\u017ea n\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1v\u00e4zok k inov\u00e1cii, vzdel\u00e1vaniu a soci\u00e1lnemu rozvoju, pri\u010dom spolupr\u00e1ca na medzin\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdmenu vedomost\u00ed a sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 prispievaj\u00fa k bohat\u0161iemu a inkluz\u00edvnej\u0161iemu spolo\u010densk\u00e9mu
