Aj tu plat\u00ed, prevencia je lep\u0161ia ako odstra\u0148ovanie ve\u013ek\u00fdch por\u00fach. Ak\u00e1 je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti na Slovensku situ\u00e1cia v pr\u00edstupe vlastn\u00edkov, ke\u010f ide o \u00fadr\u017ebu obvodov\u00fdch pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165ov, sme sa porozpr\u00e1vali s Ing. Miroslavom Kuklom, konate\u013eom spolo\u010dnosti B. E. Service, spol. s r. o.<\/p>\n<h3>Ako zabezpe\u010di\u0165 pred\u013a\u017eenie \u017eivotnostia funk\u010dnos\u0165 jednotliv\u00fdchprvkov tvoriacich obvodov\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 budovy?<\/h3>\n<p>V z\u00e1sade je to dos\u0165 jednoduch\u00e9. Spolo\u010dnosti,ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa tvorcami jednotliv\u00fdch kon\u0161trukci\u00ed, museli konkr\u00e9tne materi\u00e1ly alebo v\u00fdrobky podrobi\u0165 v\u00fdvojov\u00e9mu a testovaciemu procesu. Na z\u00e1klade toho stanovili nielen presn\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 postupy na ich v\u00fdrobu a aplik\u00e1ciu, ale aj podmienky ich udr\u017eiavania. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou by to malo by\u0165 op\u00edsan\u00e9 v n\u00e1vode na obsluhu a \u00fadr\u017ebu, ktor\u00fd by mal by\u0165 pod\u013ea platnej legislat\u00edvy s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou odovzd\u00e1vacej dokument\u00e1cie pre kone\u010dn\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edvate\u013ea. Tak\u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed sa len riadi\u0165 t\u00fdmto n\u00e1vodom a jednotliv\u00e9 prvky obvodov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165a by mali dosiahnu\u0165 dostato\u010dn\u00fa \u017eivotnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<h3>Ako zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 po\u010det opakuj\u00facich sa por\u00fach?<\/h3>\n<p>\u010casto sa stret\u00e1vame s t\u00fdm, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edvatelia nemaj\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o spr\u00e1vnej manipul\u00e1cii a ovl\u00e1dan\u00ed v\u00fdrobkov. Niekedy posta\u010duje naozaj kr\u00e1tka in\u0161trukt\u00e1\u017e a odrazu v\u00fdrobok nie je probl\u00e9mov\u00fd. Po\u010detnos\u0165 por\u00fach z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00fdrazne eliminuje pravideln\u00fd servis a \u00fadr\u017eba, a \u010do je podstatnej\u0161ie, v tomto pr\u00edpade ide o z\u00e1sahy s minim\u00e1lnymi ekonomick\u00fdmi n\u00e1kladmi.<\/p>\n<h3>Ak\u00e9 naj\u010dastej\u0161ie poruchy odstra\u0148ujete na v\u00fdpl\u0148ov\u00fdch kon\u0161trukci\u00e1ch a dver\u00e1ch?<\/h3>\n<p>Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie s\u00fa to poruchy kovan\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 obmedzuj\u00fa alebo \u00faplne znefunk\u010d\u0148uj\u00fa otv\u00e1rav\u00e9 prvky, ako s\u00fa napr\u00edklad okn\u00e1 a dvere. Be\u017en\u00e9 s\u00fa aj poruchy spojen\u00e9 s netesnos\u0165ou kon\u0161trukci\u00ed, \u010doho n\u00e1sledkom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 bu\u010f prefukovanie, alebo priesak da\u017e\u010fovej vody do interi\u00e9ru. Paradoxom je, \u017ee a\u017e pr\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasto sa stret\u00e1vame s poruchami samotn\u00fdch kon\u0161trukci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 boli zapr\u00ed\u010dinen\u00e9 bu\u010f zlou identifik\u00e1ciou skla, alebo neodbornou v\u00fdmenou.<\/p>\n<h3>Uprednost\u0148uj\u00fa vlastn\u00edci budov sk\u00f4r jednorazov\u00e9 opravy alebo periodick\u00fd servis?<\/h3>\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je situ\u00e1cia tak\u00e1, \u017ee klienti vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa sk\u00f4r jednorazov\u00e9 opravy ako periodick\u00fd servis.
